Reservation Policy

Thank you for your interest in hosting your gathering at Big Lake Brewing! Please take a look at this information and contact our event coordinator, Liz, at Elizabeth.McCoy@biglakebrewing.com, if you have any questions or would like to proceed with selecting a date and time for your event.

Below are answers to some common questions:

  • While we would love to host groups anytime during the year, summers are particularly busy for us. We cannot accept reservations from Thursday through Saturday between June 15 and September 15. During this season, we are happy to host you Monday through Wednesday.
  • We do not charge a table fee, but we request that your event last no longer than 3 hours. If you need more time, you’re welcome to stay longer for an additional fee. After the 3-hour limit, a $250 charge will be added to your bill.
  • Because we are a community-style pub, we do not have a separate room for events.
Therefore, we can accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
  • For groups of 15 or more, food expenses will be combined into a single bill. If your group has multiple paying individuals, we can split the bill evenly, but we do not split individual checks.
  • Drink and bar tabs can be maintained and paid separately if desired.
  • Our patio seating is limited. We will do our best to accommodate your group size, but appreciate your understanding if we’re unable to meet your request.

We strive to host all gatherings successfully at our pub. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible, and if we feel we cannot meet that goal, please understand that we may need to decline your reservation request.
