As the dining attendant (D/A), you serve as the vital link between the kitchen and the guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reading tickets, ensuring correct execution at the window
  • Prioritizing tickets and delivering to tables in the correct order
  • Finishing plating
  • Running food or delegating to team members
  • Retrieving any items guests may need to accompany their meal
  • Assisting servers in side work during downtime
  • Keeping the station set up with all required items for both FOH and BOH
  • Maintaining a clean workstation
