Dining Assistant

As the dining attendant (D/A), you are the link between the kitchen and the guest.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reading tickets, ensuring correct execution to window
  • Prioritizing tickets and delivering to tables in correct order
  • Finishing plating
  • Running food or delegating to team members
  • Retrieving any items guests may need to accompany their meal
  • Assisting servers in side work during down time
  • Keeping station set up with all items needed by both FOH and BOH
  • Maintaining a clean workstation
