As the dining attendant (D/A), you are the link between the kitchen and the guest.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reading tickets, ensuring correct execution to window
- Prioritizing tickets and delivering to tables in correct order
- Finishing plating
- Running food or delegating to team members
- Retrieving any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assisting servers in side work during down time
- Keeping station set up with all items needed by both FOH and BOH
- Maintaining a clean workstation
