Shout outs to PDGA World Champs Nate Doss, and Avery Jenkins. Steve Brinster rounds out the threesome for three National champions at the Ledgestone Insurance Open, and the beers are pretty good too!
We are excited to announce we now have a bigger brew system! We’ve upgraded from our original 3-barrel brew system to a 7-barrel brew system. Now we can brew even more beer for you! With the ability to brew larger quantities of beer, we will also start expanding our distribution footprint. Cheers for more beer!
It’s Finally Here!
After much anticipation, we are finally canning our own beers with our own equipment. We are continuing to can the Ryecoe IPA, keep your eye out for our cans at your local grocery store. If you don’t see us, make sure you ask for us! For a list of all the current stores carrying Big Lake Brewing cans, click here.
A huge thank you to Cask Canning Systems for the setup, we couldn’t do this without you!
And remember, Canned Beer Is Better!
It’s American Craft Beer Week! Since Holland now has THREE breweries, we’re collaborating and making a new beer. “Our New Lake” is an English Pub Ale and will be on tap at all three locations to celebrate Craft Beer Week. The beer will have a shotgun release on May 12, with different tapping times for each location. All three breweries encourage patrons to visit each location and support all of our hometown breweries.

Each month, Revue Magazine features a different Michigan brewery. This month, we’re that featured brewery! We opened our doors for the first time on July 5th. Shortly after, Revue came to check out the brewery. Now it’s your turn! Come join us for a pint made by the new brewery in town.

July 5th, 2013 was our very first day open to the public. When the doors opened, patrons could choose from traditional beer styles, including a Porter, Strong Ale, IPA, and a Wheat Ale brewed on our 3-barrel brew system.
